Default Can Someone explain what is this please

Hi,
Today I found a .exe file for Windows but I do not
know if is a necessary file or a virus.
It is HH.EXE and is located in C:\Windows file.

What is it?
Can I remove it? or does WINDOWS need this file?
I have a dell computer with WINDOWS XP HOME .
Thanks in advance

The hh.exe is a Microsoft Windows Help utility which assists you when
the help button is pressed. This program is a non-essential system
process, and is installed for ease of use. Hope that helps.
