Default Saving A File From A Website

On my Win XP Pro desktop, when I go to download an application or file

How can I get the option back to save it to the folder of my choice?

Create then merge this registry file to restore the
"Always Ask Before Opening This Type of File" dialog box.
1. Copy below and paste into Notepad.
-copy inside only-

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell \AttachmentExecute]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell \AttachmentExecute]
-copy inside only-
2. Save-as OpenAsk.reg (or any name + .reg)
3. Double-click or right-click and merge into the registry.

What exactly do you mean: "copy inside only"?
Does that mean I should omit the [ ] ?

I thought it was pretty well self-explanatory what the "copy inside

Scott,
Countless people have asked for clarification on some things that
'ju.c' writes, so you are not alone. Tim, himself, did not find pretty
well self-explanatory, what 'ju.c' meant when he asked Tim to
'not delete previous posts'.
Even as we speak, chimpanzees all over the world are typing
'The Complete Works of Shakespeare' on The Internet - NOT.
A Grande Finale is iminent. Stay tuned!

Al,
I wasn't having a go (well, I suppose I was a bit) but I just get upset
at people nit-picking at what others have said, quite often needlessly so.
I just wanted to register my displeasure, but then, in doing that, I am
doing exactly the same thing as what I am objecting to in the first place -
so I'm a hypocrite for the chimp remark, I know. I will try my very best to
avoid rising to the "BAIT" next time.

Tim,
Calm down. Try not to be so blind that you fall into that pit.
Keep well away from any thread discussing PCButts or his aliases.
That topic is way out of your depth.

If you try to reason with trolls, they will drag you down to their level,
laughing and pointing at you as they do so.
If you just ignore them, they will never know if you even read their dross.

Over the years, I have seen an obscene amount of injustice, incompetence,
arrogance, retards, weasels, impostors, impersonators and trolls here.
It is hard to believe, but I suspect that most of those chimpanzees are
actually real people pretending to type 'The Complete Works of Shakespeare'
to fool their boss while they pollute The Internet with their drivel.

You mean like when you said:

lines mean and you'd only need some help with it if you were, in fact,
a

Scott,

What have I ever done to you? I just thought it was needless
criticism in the first place. Or, put it another way, are you going
to respond to this when it's not necessary, and tell me something bad
about myself that I didn't know before. Wow, I'm such a clever-clogs!
No I am not - sometimes thing I'm the dumbest man in the world and am
ready to accept it! All I want to do is try to help people out, if I
can. What is an intelligent person and a stupid person? I think
stupidity is destruction and intelligence is creation. Don't much
like rating human-beings on some sort of numerical scale, anyhow,
don't believe in it. Anyway scott - love you too.
