Default Sharing Permissions in a Domain

I added a new XP workstation to my existing domain
(W2000 Server + Active Directory).

This works pretty well except for the sharing of a folder.

When I want to share a folder on the network , I can not
browse the Users or the groups of my domain.

My existing W98 SE workstations do not have this issue.

In addition, the Active Directory Search does not work
also from my XP machine

Did I forget any setting, policy ?

PS: I already unchecked the simple sharing property

The first thing to check is that you are using the correct=20
DNS server in the Tcp/Ip configuration. You should=20
use only the DNS servers of the AD domain.
Also, you could disable the two Security Options in=20
the Local Policy that deal with "Network client : secure=20
communication . . . "
