Default Cant access some programs

WHENEVER I CLICK ON CONTROL PANEL, MY COMPUTER,
WINDOWS UPDATE, ETC. I WILL GET AN HOURGLASS FOR A MINUTE
AND IT WILL DISAPEAR. NO PROGRAM WILL BOOT UP.

Not enough information supplied. To get more information
about these events, open event viewer. need help? Open up
help and support and search for "event viewer" Select
application and system events that are red colored and
match the time of your events. Then select microsoft
link. Repy yes. That will open up help and support(if you
have an internet connection}

You can copy what there by using double document icon
then paste that to a post at this newsgroup
