Trump said a few days ago that he's making an Executive Order against
tearing down statues.
First I think he said it included a jail sentence, which makes it a
criminal law, which I dont' think he can do.
Second, every state already has laws against vandalism. Where are the
states rights Republicans who are supposed to be against increases in
Federal poer?
Third, he also says it's retroactive. What an ignorant jackass, who
apparently has never read the 5th Amendment to the Constitution.

of Justice and ALL federal law enforcement departments ('Executive Branch',
IAW US Constitution, Article II, FIRST SENTENCE) to immediately begin
enforcing FEDERAL statutes against vandalism of FEDERAL PROPERTY and
FEDERALLY DESIGNATED MONUMENTS (in accordance with Article VI, "... state
laws and constitutions NOTWITHSTANDING"... Because militant Negro D.C.
Mayor Bowser, and others, willfully declined to control, arrest, and/or
prosecute vandalism of federal property within Democrat-controlled
jurisdictions).

You can hate Trump all you want BUT that does not make this anarchy and
lawlessness either fuctional or productive to any purpose whatsoever.
