Print command from the shortcut menu does not work

When the user right clicks on the file name to use the
print command from the shortcut menu, the print command
does not work or the user gets a message.

When the user right clicks on a Word file, for example and
selects the print command he receives the following message
"The command you selected is not available from this
shortcut menu".
When the user right clicks on an Excel file, or a Notepad
file, and selects the print command, nothing happens.

The user is running Windows XP and Office Xp.
His system is a Pentium 4 with 256 MB of RAM.
The system has an on board network card and modem.
The Printer is an Inkjet printer.
