Settings... Popout scrollbars
There is a checkbox to disable hidden scrollbars.
Looks like Microsoft has added some color and font settings. Anybody who likes to change colors and fonts definitely should check it out. Not sure when it arrived. Maybe it's a mirage as technical stuff so often has been in the past, but will see! Does 1909 expand on such customization settings? |

Got some configuring to do. As usual, Microsoft screws up sound settings whenever the theme is touched. Configuring and trying to back up sound settings using the registry or whatever has been a pain in the rear since time immemorial. |
