Can,t connect to secure sites

I assume you mean in Internet Explorer? First, check to make sure your computer's date is set properly (double-click the clock in the corner of the screen and check the year, month and day). Secondly, open up Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, click 'Delete Cookies', then 'Delete Files', then click the Content tab and click the 'Clear SSL State' button.
