Default Can,t connect to secure sites

Greetings Carlos,

I assume you mean in Internet Explorer? First, check to make sure your computer's date is
set properly (double-click the clock in the corner of the screen and check the year, month
and day). Secondly, open up Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options,
click 'Delete Cookies', then 'Delete Files', then click the Content tab and click the 'Clear
SSL State' button. Then go to the Advanced tab, and under the Security category, make sure
the 'USE SSL 2.0' and 'Use SSL 3.0' is selected.

Greetings,

Usually this problem can be solved (assuming your provider isn't blocking it) by clicking
Start, then Run, and type the following:
regsvr32 softpub.dll
then click OK
Then try again.
