Default NetMeeting and LifeCam

I have a Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 and a LifeCam NX-6000 and Windows XP.
When I start NetMeeting on either of my PCs with the VX-6000 connected, the
video camera is recognized. When I start it with the NX-6000 connected it
appears as if I have no video camera connected at all. Both WebCams work
just fine with MSN Messenger and so I don't think there is anything wrong
with the webcam. I just don't want to have to connect from one PC to the
other throught the internet when they are on the same LAN. Does anybody have
any suggestions?
