Default altprint give menu instead of screen shot

Hi All,

Now I have a weird mystery on two of my customer's machines
(w7-pro-sp1-x64).

prt screen work fine. Gives me the whole screen in
the clipboard.

But, altprt screen does not. On the source windows, I just
get the hidden menu line (file, edit, view, help, etc..) and
the clipboard in not updated.

What the heck? And all the other same configured machines
work fine.

Think I figured it out. The customer has a crappy keyboard,
monitor, mouse (KVM) switch that intercepts the alt key
for its own purpose. "Snipping Tool" works fine as an
alternative.

On the other computer, I am still trying to figure out what
is going on

Win7 Pro? Why not just use the Snipping Tool?

Oh I did. I tried to avoid it due the "I can't learn anything
new" problem and they knew how to do it the other way.
