Default Presence Awareness Problem

Greetings William,

I've seen this also, the only real fix currently is to open up the main Messenger window,
click the Tools menu, then Options, click the Preferences tab, uncheck 'Show me as Away when
I'm inactive for" and click OK.

We have Windows Messenger 5.0 installed on Citrix Servers running
Windows 2000 and Metaframe XP FR3.

We are having an ongoing problem with presence awareness , users start
Windows Messenger and the status constantly changes to AWAY randomly.
Sometimes you can login and within a minute your status will change to
AWAY.
