all you have to do is go to the task manager and end

spools.exe from the running tasks. it will ask you that it
may cause an eror if you do it. but only if you are still
trying to information from your lab top to your printer.
dont worry if you want to run the program again symply do
so and the after your done go to the task manager and
terminater the task (go to Task manager(processes) then
symply clickon spools.exe, end task. hopw i was of some use
