Default Note on Defrag

Okay people, a lil note on Defragmentation! you have to
delete all the files that you don't need manually... so
for those who are complaining about crashes and so on...
note this: Clean out My Computer, My Documens, ect..
ect.. take out all your unwanted files, old games,
software, ect.. ect.. you get the point.. then analyze
before you defrag... and it should tell you either you
need to defrag your PC or not... and if it does! then you
should do so... but if not then leave it alone... this
should help your PC on speed a little, depends on the mem
on your PC. otay!!! okay... peace out hope this helps..
