Default OK to delete DLLHOST.exe?

Is it OK to delete DLLHOST.exe from my windows/system32 and windows/system32/wins directories? Norton and Zonealarm claim it's the
home for the welchia worm.

http://www.pchell.com/virus/welchia.shtml Do not delete it from the
Windows\System32 Directory.


a.. Delete the svchost.exe file in the c:\windows\system32\wins directory
Delete the dllhost.exe file in the c:\windows\system32\wins directory
