Wireless routers
I don't _need_ wireless, but there are times when it _might_ be nice,
depending on the answer to my question. Are non-commercial wireless routers (LinkSys comes to mind) what they're cracked up to be? That is, why have one if it might not even work upstairs? Do some work a lot better than others and if so, are they well known or is it the stuff of flame wars to even name one? Thanks -- JimL |

Wireless routers
Hi
It hard to predict since it depends on your specific needs, and the operating environment. This Wireless Router is very good. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16833162134 Jack (MS, MVP-Networking). "JimL" wrote in message ... Wireless routers
Thanks, but I'm not sure it's worth messing with. Newegg says you can only
buy a maximum of 9999 of them! g "Jack [MVP-Networking]" wrote in message ... Hi It hard to predict since it depends on your specific needs, and the operating environment.
