Visioneer 9020 Scanner

I am encountering a Windows request for a missing file
when trying to install scanner software. The
file "wiafbdrv.dll" ;is not in the popup window with the
suggested path: C:\windows\inf\i386. I am not able to
find this file any place, on the harddrive, the XP PRo
installation disk, nor the "visioneer" installation disk.
Could someone tell me where I might get it as I cannot
install the device without it.

Downloaded the latest drivers yet?
