How do I Disable Antivirus Alerts When Security Center Does Detect Installed
Antivirus Application so that I can see the Recommendation button.

Default How to Disable Antivirus Alerts?

Not quite sure what your requirement is, but you can stop the 'nags' by
changing the Security Center service to Manual startup.

The Security Center doesn't actually provide any security, it's just a
reminder, and provided you know you have AV protection you can turn it off.
