Faxing from Windows XP Fax Wizard
I have sent you e-mail Amy. Sorry about the delay. If anyone on here
has any experience with that check box staying grayed out after printing to the Fax from within a word processor, I would be interested in hearing about their experiences. "Amy Martinez" wrote in message ... Hi Randy. I sent you my Email address a couple of days ago but I have not received a response. I went back to the Fax Wizard to the Cover Page window. There is a box with a check mark that says " Select a Cover page template with the following information" then it gives you a menu of Genereic, Confidential ect. This box with the check mark is gray. In other words I cannot change the check mark. All I want to do is send a fax without a Cover Page. There is no window that gives you this option. I have Windows XP Home. |

That behavior is only seen when using the Fax Wizard from the Start menu,
not when printing to the Fax Printer. If it is seen when printing to the Fax Printer, that behavior cannot be reproduced and has not been reported. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rancy Snyder" wrote in message ... OK. So how do you go to the Fax Printer directly without going from the Start
menu? "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: That behavior is only seen when using the Fax Wizard from the Start menu, not when printing to the Fax Printer.
