"...page can not be displayed..."
Hello,
I have an unusual problem with the web browser IE6 and XP SP1. When i type an address of a site, eg www.microsoft.com, the proxy asks for my username and password, I enter it and the browser immediately return "page can not be displayed." If I click the re fresh button, or the F5 key, the page appears. I get this error only in computers running XP SP1 or 2003 Server. If the computer is running XP (no service pack), or any other OS it works fine. The proxy is a SQUID/Linux configuration. Thxs, Daniel |
