I have just upgraded from Windows 98 to XP Home Edition. My printer is installed but will not print. All connections are secure. What can be wrong please?

What is wrong is that you kept the printer connected during the upgrade and
corrupted all the drivers!

Uninstall and reinstall CORRECTLY!

Since the latest drivers are included with XP, after the reboot you'll need
to use the Add Printer Wizard to install the printer. It will walk you
through the correct steps.
