Warning before deleting?

I've noticed since upgrading to Windows 8.1 a month or so ago, that when I go to
delete something, it's just deleted. Windows 7 used to ask me was I sure I
wanted to deleted the file or folder. I can't seem to find a setting to change
this. Can I do so in Windows 8.2? Thanks.

You can do almost anything in Windows if you know how to do it. For
example, to enable warning before deletion, you need to right-click on
your recycle bin and then select Properties. You can then look for
something like this:
