Default Windows 8 Update 13 Aug and Flickr

After installing the Windows 8 updates for 13 August, my Flickr homepage
loads but the page freezes up and I get a message that Windows Explorer is
not responding. Anyone else having this problem with Flickr? I am ready to
switch over to Chrome. Just two many problems with IE10.

If one removes the update (assuming you meant IE update) does Flickr work.

Fyi...at this end with Windows, IE and Office fully updated
- Flickr.com loads (before and after signon with my username/pw)
