Default Positioning "Computer Locked" window

Hello.

Is it possible to set the X/Y coordinates of the "Computer Locked"
dialog window in Windows XP?

I realize that you can click and drag, but it will always revert back
to the center position. Is there a registry hack?

Thanks.
