Not reading DVD disc
I've previously viewed DVDs on this computer, but now when I put in a DVD,
the computer doesn't read it. Actually, I'm not really sure if "read" is the right word, but whatever, it says there's no disc in the drive. ??? I've tried putting multiple DVDs in, same thing every time, so I'm pretty sure it's not the disc. Any helpful hints? |

Not reading DVD disc
Sounds like either the DVD laser is very dirty or has died. You can try a
CD cleaning kit....or just replace the drive. -- Cari (MS-MVP) Windows Technologies - Printing & Imaging http://www.coribright.com/windows "Hannah" wrote in message ...
