Default Network Firewall Protection?

You can't firewall the home network side of an ICS setup. The only other
reason is group policy.

Can someone tell me why I can't select "Internet
Connection Firewall" on the Advanced tab under Local Area
Connections for a High LAN Connection in WinXP Home? The
option is grayed-out and will not let me select it. I have
searched everywhere for the reason and cannot find an
answer - Help!
