Default How to transfer Windows XP Updates to new hardrive

I recently bought a new hard drive and installed Windows
XP on it. However, instead of downloading all of the
updates is there any way that i can transfer the updates
from my old hard drive to my new one? I haven't touched
the old hard drive because there is still information on
it that i need to transfer to my new one. I think there
is a way i just don't know where to find them or where to
put them on my new drive. Please help!
