CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO REMOVE THE ABOVE VIRUS??

IM NOT BILL GATES BUT COULD FOLLOW SIMPLE ADVICE IF
PROVIDED, THE ABOVE USES 100% OF MY CPU,

WELL HOPE SOMEONE CAN ADVISE.
