Default All contacts Offline after changing E-mail address

Hi

I recently changed my E-mail adress in my live ID account( about 2 weeks
ago).
Unfortunately all my contacts are offline at the moment, probably because I
logged in too soon after change.

I read in another thread that this will be solved if I changed the E-mail
address back to the old one.
Unfortunatley I do not have this option longer in my Live ID account?

Not an expert at this, but from my experience. When you Add a contact to your
list it contacts them and notifies them you have added them. So basically all
contacts have added old E-mail address. Well when you changed, there names
are still there for you but since they have not accepted the new ID it is not
showing there online. You might just have to re add there names to your buddy
account and when they get the new notification and accept it, it will show
them online.

Well that is my suggestion if that is not the problem or don't work I don't
know.
