Default Printing a bust of a person on a 3D printer from panoramic JPEG files on Windows

I don't have any of the equipment where I'm just asking if this is possible
on Windows from a cellphone camera and how to get the CAD file needed.

I want to experiment with taking a set of cellphone pictures around a
person's head and then on Windows 7 converting those series of pictures
into some kind of 3D file format that any 3D printer can accept.

The result is that I would be able to 3D print a bust of the person.

What Windows software converts panoramic pictures to a CAD format?

Coming from rec.photo.digital and not having any experience in 3D modelling,
or 3D printing I would suggest looking to specialized software which deals
with this stuff. Along with that consider some online research beyond what
might be delivered via Usenet.

Do you really need to perform the 2d to 3d photometry on Windows?
https://www.rankred.com/convert-2d-images-to-3d/

You might be able to do the entire 2d to 3d photometry online.
https://www.selva3d.com/

In 2016 the best Windwos free 2d to 3d photometry app was discontinued.
https://3dscanexpert.com/autodesk-ph...ew-123d-catch/

But there are good ios/android apps that run 2d to 3d photometry.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/trnio/id683053382?mt=8
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....scann3d&hl=en

The hard work isn't in the conversion anyway but in the original artwork.
https://www.sculpteo.com/blog/2016/0...to-a-3d-model/

If the photometry has to be done on Windows I'd start with Inkscape.
https://www.lifewire.com/turn-2d-ima...-3d-model-2293

Inkscape converts 2D JPEGs into 2D SVGs which imports to Fusion360.
https://www.autodesk.com/products/fu...hers-educators

But 2d to 3d photogrammetry workflows might be easier done on the phone.
https://www.lifewire.com/3d-printer-apps-2247

Where the best choice of Fusion360 is also on the ios/android phone.
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/fusi...991074843?mt=8
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...k.fusion&hl=en

And where there are other good free 2d to 3d photometry applications
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/trnio/id683053382?mt=8
https://itunes.apple.com/app/id1229460906
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ue.qlone&hl=en

Some have a hidden catch or two so check out the work flow first.

nobody here knows 3d which you found out after wasting your time asking

i haven't done 3d but online you might try https://www.selva3d.com/

offline you might try blender https://www.blender.org/

or inkscape https://inkscape.org/

or the pre nov 2017 version of sketchup https://www.sketchup.com/

pros use draftsight and fusion360
