Default New Icons on task bar

For about a month a Libraries icon has appeared on my taskbar. I have
never knowingly used "libraries" or a library function, but it will
not go away.
This week a new icon shows up beside it with my signon name as the
name of the icon.

I have used this computer about 10 years and now this. It is really
not a nuisance, but don't like unexplained phenomena.

Can't you just right-click - Unpin them? I hate those
taskbar icons. Somehoe firfox put one there, butthen when
I'd open Firefox the icon was gone. So to open a second
instance would require going to the Start Menu.

I solved it by creating a Quick Launch menu. (Recreate
the Quick Launch folder, create a new tolbar, and point it
at that folder.) Problem solved. I now have only QL icons
and they act like they're suppsed to, as shortcuts.
