Default Back up data to CD

Unable to open CD Burning wizard when backing up data from Quicken 2004/R3, when I intailly installed program the wizard opened okay, but now it will not open and do understand why or how to open it again, I believe there is an interface problem but not ho
w to fix it, if anyone knows help, as I have a bunch of data to back up.
