Networking Windows XP Home with Small Business Server

I am trying to connect a Windows XP Home OS with my server and I can not get the log in screen to log into my server how can I get that to log into the server.

XP Home Edition can't join a domain or log into a domain. It can
connect to a domain and access domain resources. For details, please
