can't log off as restricted user
I have been using Windows XP Pro on Toshiba laptop for 9 months without major
problems. In recent weeks this bug has emerged. When I am logged on to an administrator account I am able to log off or shut down normally, however when logged on as a restricted user one is unable to log off, switch user, shut down or do anything. The computer will hang and the only way to restart is to disconnect the power supply and pull out the battery. Any ideas?? Thanks for your help. |
