Hmmm. Don't quote me on this but I beleive this is just a registry hack.
Have you searched Technet or the KB for this info. If it's not there you
may just want to use the sysinternal.com util, regmon to see what registry
entries are being modified when changing an IP address. I've created many a
script in the past using this method.
