I wanted to see some DivX, but the movie has those
typical horizontal black bars at the top and at the
bottom of the screen. The picture seems small with those
black lines and I would like to stretch it all over the
monitor. Is that possible with some plugin or command?

The video is in letterbox aspect and is meant to be viewed that way.

In WMP you can't do it. The DivX Playa will let you do this, but the video
will look like crap. Everything will not be at the right aspect.

best example i can come up with. Slilly Puddy, you you have an image on it
and you pull the top and button down, the aspect is off, that's what your
video will look like.
