Default TV Tuner Questions

-----Original Message-----
Hi,
I was wondering why when I watch TV with my TV Tuner
on my video card, it looks worse then when watching
TV on a regular TV? Note that the TV I tested the outlet
with is 13". If the cause is a bad signal what would
cause it. I know its not the wire because I tested other
wires. Is it because of resolution or is my TV Tuner
messed up? I have a ATI AIW 9000 Pro.
Thanks to Anyone Who Can

Help
.
I have just bought this card and have spent hours

configuring it. Firstly you need the latest catalyst
drivers installed and on a NTFS file system you require
ATI's MMC 8.1 or above, all available at ATI.com support.
It is very important to follow insallation instuctions
precisely. I have a problem with PAL TV setup, this is
caused by DirectX 9.0b, I believe Microsoft are trying to
solve this urgently but I am still looking for a fix.
