No script Engine for file ext .vbs
"No script Engine for file ext .vbs" popped up when I attempted to install a
new SW download from CounterSpy. This was followed by "ERROR 1722 - There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." Bottom line: I can't install the CounterSpy SW under the current situation. And, well, duhh. I don't have a support personnel, and anyone who reads this KNOWS of the difficulty of getting teeth from the hens of the package vendors. So...does anyone have a suggestion? Please? -- Frank Lee Stumped Novice Extraordinaire |
