xp printing

Question? can you set up xp to share a printer when no-
one is logged on. can the print server (spoolserv.dll)
be run under a system setting other than a local/user
setting. the pc must ovyiosy be running but can it share
a printer when connected to a domain but no-one be logged
on to the pc? please help as this wiill get me a job...
