Default How to delete wireless connection from xp system

I have an XP Home Edition system that has an existing wireless networkwork
connection. I have connected this PC to another PC with an ethernet
crossover cable and set up Interenet Connection Sharing but the original
wireless connection seems to be preventing the ICS from working, even if I
disable the wireless connection on the client. When I right click on the
wireless connection the option to delete is grayed out. There must be
another way to delete the connection but I cannot discover how. Any help
would be much appreciated.

I have already done that. The fact that the connection is still there is
causing the interference with ICS.

Right-click the crossover connection, select "Properties", "Advanced", then check the "Internet
Connection Sharing" box and click "OK".

The problem is resolved. The disabled wireless connection was not
interfering. The problem was that contrary to Microsoft documentation Ithe
ICS does not seem to work when I specify a static address on the client end.
It started working when I changed it to obtain an address automatically.
Perhaps it would have worked if I were going through a router rather than
through an Ethernet crossover cable. Don't know about that. I may try it
when I add a third computer and router later in the year. However, thanks to
all for the replies.
