My system freezes from time to time and the only error in the event log is:
"The mrtRate service failed to start due to the following error. The specified file can't be found"
The primary hard drive seems to stop turning when this happens... any suggestions?

"The Mrtrate.sys file is installed with Quicken and is left on your system
if you select "No" when prompted to remove shared files when uninstalling
Quicken."
