Default HOW TO FORMAT WINDOWS XP COMPUTER!!!

1. I need to format my computer running windows XP only
(no dual booting). How do I do this? How to create a start-
up boot floppy disk for XP?

2. While using the internet, my window often gets freezed
and I am not able to close it. How do I stop this?

See "How to Use System Files to Create a Boot Disk to Guard Against
Being Unable to Start Windows XP"
Boot from a DOS disk and use the FDISK and FORMAT command to re-setup
the HDD. If you use the NTFS you should boot from the Windows-XP-CD
and let Setup set up the disk for you.

Formatting the HDD will solve the problem because your Windows
installation is wiped out then. If the problem persists in a fresh
installation of Windows XP you may want to re-post this here and also
include informations that you can find about this error in the Control
Panel Administrative Tools Event Viewer.

If you place your XP CD in the CD drive and boot from that you should get
the option to F Disk the drive then format it.
