Default BCP Error?

Xref: kermit microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardwa217169

I am getting the following error after my computer
randomly restarts.

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000002 BCP2 : 805366F0
BCP3 : B6002000
BCP4 : 0000017A OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0
Product : 256_1

What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

Here are my system specs:

Windows XP Pro
NVidia Moboard
GeForce 3 Ti
512 DDRAM
