Default D drive has become inaccessable

My D: drive is not accessable. The drive label name has changed and when I left click on the icon, I am prompted to re-format the drive. I am sure the data is still there, but I can't get to it.

The problem started after I ran Norton's Speed Disk. The Norton's Win Doctor coreected the problem, but this morning, I can't open it. Norton did something very bad.

Help!
