Default Update messages

For about the past week I have continually received
messages to download and install Critical Update 814033
and Security Date 331953. I have downloaded and
installed them several times to no avail. I still get
the message. The last time I downloaded and installed, I
disabled my antivirus program and my firewall program,
but that didn't make any difference! Help! Not only am
I tired of getting these messages, but I would like to
know whether these files have actually installed.
