Conect XP Home Edition to a LAN

Hi, Sorry for my english, i need to conect my laptop with=20
Windows Xp Home Edition to a LAN and i don=B4t find where=20
write the domain...., and if a write a workgroup i can=B4t=20
see anything.....Please i need to know the procedure to=20
conect me to a Local area Network with Home Edition
