Default Error when trying to create a password reset disk for Home Edition

When I click StartControl PanelUser Accounts"My Account"Prevent a
forgotten password an error message pops up that says:
No Drive
Your computer does not have a removable disk drive. A removable medium is
required to use this feature.

I though in order to create a password reset disk all you need is a blank cd
and a cd burner? My computer has that (Compaq Presario V2000). Since this
isnt working, is there another way to create a Password Reset Disk?
Much appreciation if any Answers!

P.S, My computers specs if needed:
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2 Compaq
Presario V2000

The file created by the Forgotten Password wizard can be stored
on a floppy disk, a ZIP disk, or a USB flash drive. A CD is not
an option.

Good luck
