General settings problem.
I have a Dell Inspiron8300 running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2
(build 2600) with all updates. Running as administrator, when I go to Control Panel, Display, all I get is a screen that allows me to change the theme. There are no tabs across the top to select. I have obviously changed some type of setting. Can anyone offer some suggestions? Thanks, Robert |
