Security Update 81696

I use auto update and at least six times since mid
August, this update has been downloaded and "installed".
Every time I do, it doesn't stay installed, as the
updater comes back in a day or two with the same download.
Today I did it again from the website.
I am using Ad Watch and Zone Alarm and they may be
blocking it (???). No problems with any other patches or
fixes. Anyone help?
