Default "(null) is not a valid Win32 application"

I have just got a Bluetooth dongle for my laptop.

Everything is working fine except that when I click the "My Bluetooth
Places" icon shown in My Computer (under Other) I get the following error
message:

"(null) is not a valid Win32 application"

I have tried reinstalling and looking around the MSI forums.

I suspect a duff registry entry somewhere

Anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Thanks
