Why doesn't Apple just let you manage your iOS file system natively on Windows?

I did not use the word "only". If you inferred that, you have a problem.

you only mentioned apple users lining up with a religious devotion and
then compared it to microsoft users, who do not due to frustration with
the product, except that they do line up, so they must not be all that
frustrated.
